G.R.O.W. is open to any woman who wants to connect with ladies in the faith. We seek to build one another up through encouragement and prayer. Each G.R.O.W. meeting is unique. We have had flag waving lessons, hula hooping, painting, food and fellowship. The Word is brought by different women each time.
Shannon Westerman
Shannon is our ladies G.R.O.W. coordinator, who has led G.R.O.W. meetings and occasionally preaches on Sunday mornings.
Judie Minteer
Judie led our May 2022 ladies G.R.O.W. meeting and shared a great word that "You are Qualified". She wrestled through understanding her own qualifications when God brought her to a place where she knew she was qualified and let us know we are too!
Deb Lahr
Deb led our April 2022 ladies G.R.O.W. and declared that being "busy" is being under Satan's yoke. As women we need to pray that God can intervene and shows us the key to change our atmosphere. Then we can break chains of bondage and have freedom in Christ!
Richelle Cress
Richelle Cress shared her testimony at our ladies G.R.O.W. meeting in March 2022. A story of God's redemption in her life. You can visibly see the transformation power of God lived out in her life day-to-day.

Melinda led our Feb 2022 ladies G.R.O.W. meeting. As followers of Jesus, we are not called to observe to watch the world through a window, we are called to take action!We can choose to be uncomfortable or uncomfortable and unsatisfied.We should be aware and willing for divine appointments.We all want to know Gods will but can he trust us with it?Does my disobedience hold anyone else back?God will find willing participants to do His work.
Christmas Party
Our ladies G.R.O.W. Christmas party was a blast! Ladies found formal dresses at Goodwill and wore them for a night of dinner, games, gift exchange, painting and giggles.
